I had bought a frame from Target.  It broke.  I saved the plastic insert, knowing one day it could be used for something interesting.   I decided to try using black electric tape to make a design. I didn't grab the usual Washi Tape.   I find sometimes Washi tape is unforgiving. Black electrical doesn't tear and you can start over multiple times...  One pant hanger for hanging and done!!!

 Not sure if Steveo is going to love my crazy idea but I like it!!!
