Lentil Soup

Seriously, I could live on soup!  Last night I made this yummy lentil soup recipe from Barefoot Contessa..  I also love her Potato, Italian wedding soup and tomato soup.  I really love her recipes, they're  easy and use good ingredients!  One thing I have learned that really makes a great soup is homemade chicken broth.  I just boil one package of thighs with onion and salt, skim the fat...cheap, easy, good for you broth!
