Just thinking

While making chicken pot pie today, I started thinking.... if men were smart or because they're smart, they should see how the mother cooks, before marrying the bride.  I guess that is, if they like a wife that cooks.  My mom cooked all the time, three meals a day. Everything made from scratch, bread, granola, cookies, etc... I took it for granted wishing for a piece of wonder bread and never did eat an Oreo as a child.  When Steveo and I got married I didn't know how to cook. After twenty-five years of marriage, I now am the mom that makes almost everything by scratch and reads label for ingredients.  I guess what I'm saying, if you date a girl whose mom  cooks up garbage, I'm wondering if you too will eat garbage one day....
